PLEASE NOTE: Ambua is at an altitude of 7000 feet and this may cause you to breathe more heavily than normal. Take your time, get plenty of rest, and be sure to keep up your fluids. Tiled floors in the rooms can be cold so bring a light pair of slippers. Electric blankets are provided – turn yours on high before you go to dinner!
