Dear EXPLORERS and Friends,

Uncover the mysteries of the mighty Amazon as your family travels into the most pristine depths of the rainforest. The Amazon Voyage, a remarkable expedition through the world’s largest and most diverse rainforest, blends superb wildlife viewing with fine accommodations, delicious food and attentive service.

Daily excursions into the rainforest provide opportunities to glimpse a number of primate species (monk sakis, red howler and squirrel monkeys), up to 100 kinds of birds, and nocturnal wildlife such as caimans, capybaras and common potoos. You might even see the endangered giant otter or the rare harpy eagle.

Aboard our expedition ship, La Amatista, you’ll enjoy well-appointed, air-conditioned cabins and private baths. A dining parlor and expansive observation deck, along with expert wildlife interpretation by local naturalist guides, create a perfect combination of comfort and adventure. A Family Director will lead young explorers in games, science experiments, photography lessons and much more.
