I am thankful for the travel

I am thankful for the travel I have done because it has opened up a whole new world for me. I live in the beautiful state of Kentucky, but that did not prepare me for the culture and wonderful people I have met and seen in the other parts of the world I have visited. I truly believe everyone should encounter the rest of the world, especially the third world countries that have so little and yet are thankful for everything that they have. This week I plan on reading through journals I have written while in the Ukraine, the Amazon, Peru, Thailand, The Carribean Islands, Mexico, Austria and all the other places throughout this wonderful world. I have so much to be thankful for in my travels and just want to be reminded of this again.
