Pullman Hotel Kuching

Designed in the style of ethnic longhouses, Royal Mulu Resort was built on wooden stilts, three meters above the ground, designed in the style of ethnic longhouses of Borneo. Sepilok Nature Resort

Hidden amongst a veritable treasure trove of tropical plants and grasses, hug trees and spectacular orchids in bloom, the quaint bungalows of the Sepilok Nature Resort are within walking distance of the Sepilok Forest Reserve. Set in a landscaped private area of manicured lawns and rolling hills, the fully air-conditioned twin bed chalets feature lake or jungle view verandahs and private bathrooms with hot water.

Borneo Rainforest Lodge

The rustic Borneo Rainforest Lodge was built along the Danum River and accommodates a maximum of 60 people, ensuring each guest a unique and individual jungle experience. Lodge activities include jungle walks, bird watching with resident nature guides, canopy walkways high above the jungle floor that allow the viewing of the rainforest from the treetops and night safaris with sights and sounds emanating deep from within the rainforest. The chalets offer an en-suite bathroom and hot shower. Fans keep you cool, while verandahs overlook the rainforest.

Sakau Rainforest Lodge

The highlight of our Borneo travel accommodations, Sakau Rainforest Lodge is a true ecolodge, pioneering the use of solar hot water heaters, four stroke engines and electric motor for river cruise, rainwater harvesting, use of recycled cooking oil for lighting, incorporating elephant passes on the Hornbill Boardwalk among others. The lodge is well-decorated for its efforts, including the British Airways Tourism for Tomorrow Award 1997 (Best ecolodge for Pacific region), National Audubon Society, USA 1999 (Top ten ecolodge), IH&RA Environmental Award 1999 (runner-up), Ecoclub.com (Ecolodge award 2006 Third prize), World Travel Award 2008 (Top nine World leading Eco-lodge & Top five Asia leading green hotel), World Travel Award 2009 (World leading Eco-lodge & Asia leading green hotel), and National Geographic Adventure's magazine 2009 (50 Top Jungle Lodges). All rooms are twin bedded with ceiling fan, mosquito netting, dressing table, attached bathroom and toilet with hot water, shampoo/soap dispenser with wall-to-wall ceramic tiles.

Selingan Island Chalets

Selingan Island has been developed to house the park's headquarters, a visitor’s centre, basic tourist facilities and a turtle hatchery. The island has been developed carefully, and the facilities are neatly tucked away in the centre of the island, keeping the beech vegetation intact. Accommodation is basic but comfortable with private, en-suite facilities, and allows visitors to stay and witness the nighttime arrivals of the magnificent turtles as they come ashore to lay their eggs. There is no air-conditioning at the chalets.
